1. Van xả tay vặn chưa hết
Một số loại máy lọc nước hiện nay có lắp thêm van xả tay với chức năng rửa màng RO, điển hình là máy lọc nước Kangaroo. Bạn hãy ghi nhớ rằng van này phải khóa thì máy mới lọc nước. Còn trong trường hợp ngược lại, nước sẽ ra hết theo đường nước thải. Trong thực tế, có rất nhiều trường hợp là van này khóa không vào khấc dẫn đến máy vẫn lọc (nhưng lọc chậm) và kèm theo đó là nước thải ra nhiều hơn bình thường. Vậy nên bạn hãy chú ý đến nguyên nhân này .
Cách khắc phục: Bạn khóa van xả tay vuông góc với chiều van, cần phải khóa chặt tay để tránh hở.
2. Lõi lọc nước số 4 (màng lọc nước RO) bị tắc
Màng RO (Lõi lọc nước số 4) bị tắc là một trong những nguyên nhân phổ biến nhất gây ra hiện tượng máy lọc nước ra nhiều nước thải. Nhiều người tiêu dùng than phiền với chúng tôi về việc máy lọc nước ra nước thải quá nhiều, máy lọc nước chạy quá lâu. Lý do đó chính là màng lọc nước RO đã bị tắc hoặc gần tắc. Việc màng RO chưa tắc mà gần tắc thì bạn sẽ khó có thể nhận ra do hàng ngày vẫn mở nước ra dùng và thấy dòng chảy vẫn bình thường. Thực tế, đây là nước tích trong bình chứa chảy ra chứ không phải là máy lọc vào thời điểm đó.
Cách khắc phục : Như chúng tôi đã nói ở trên thì chưa chắc màng RO đã bị tắc nên không nhất thiết phải thay màng RO. Vậy nên bạn hãy kiểm tra màng RO bị tắc hay không bằng cách:
- Khóa bình chứa nước (bình áp): Bạn vặn vuông góc với chiều đường ống nước ra
- Mở vòi sử dụng lấy nước (lúc này mới là dòng chảy thực của máy do không còn ảnh hưởng của bình áp). Thông thường, ở máy lọc nước gia đình có công suất 10 lit/h thì tỉ số nước tinh khiết/nước thải là 1/3. Bạn dễ dàng đo được tỉ số nước tinh khiết và nước thải bằng việc sử dụng hai chiếc cốc giống nhau hứng nước ở vòi sử dụng và nước thải.
- Mở vòi nước để kiểm tra thực tế chưa chuẩn để xác định được màng RO nhà bạn có gần bị tắc hay không. Cách tốt nhất bạn hãy tháo ống cấp nước vào lõi số 5 (ngay sau màng RO) để kiểm tra. Vì có thể các lõi 5,6,7 gần bị tắc thì sẽ dẫn đến nước ra vòi yếu. Trong trường hợp các lõi lọc nước trên hết hạn bạn cũng cần thay để đảm bảo nước thông suốt và nguồn nước nhà bạn cung cấp đủ các vi chất cần thiết cho cơ thể.
Nếu kiểm tra thấy màng RO ra nước yêu thì phương pháp giải quyết duy nhất là phải thay màng RO.
*Màng RO có tuổi thọ 24 tháng. Màng RO là lõi lọc nước quan trọng nhất trong máy lọc nước, hiện tượng máy lọc nước ra nhiều nước thải báo hiệu màng RO nhà bạn đã khá bẩn, nước ra sẽ không còn đảm bảo tinh khiết. Nếu máy nhà bạn dùng được khoảng 24 tháng và gặp hiện tượng nước thải ra nhiều thì tốt nhất bạn nên thay màng RO, ngoài ra để đảm bảo nước ra được tinh khiết nhất bạn cũng nên thay các lõi từ lõi số 5 trở đi, các lõi này thông thường có tuổi thọ 1 năm.

3. Van cơ hỏng
Van cơ trong máy lọc nước RO có chức năng ngăn chặn dòng nước thẩm thấu ngược. Nhiều máy lọc nước dùng van cơ thay cho van điện từ gây hiện tượng tốn nước thải thụ động. Có hai trường hợp xảy ra.
- Rút điện máy lọc nước vẫn ra nước thải
- Bình chứa nước đầy, máy dừng hoạt động nhưng không cắt được nước thải.
=> Cả 2 trường hợp trên đều có nguyên nhân chính là van cơ hỏng.
- Lỗi 1: có thể là do gioăng cao su chặn nước bị lão hóa (Hướng dẫn: thay van cơ mới).
- Lỗi 2: mặt của gioăng cao su bị phủ bùn bẩn lên chặn không kín (Hướng dẫn: tháo van cơ ra, dùng tô vít tháo các mặt, gỡ gioăng, rửa sạch và lắp lại)
=> Nếu lỗi trên thì cũng khó sửa, sửa được cũng nhanh bị lỗi lại. Vậy chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên thay van cơ mới cho đảm bảo, giá van cơ cũng khá rẻ.
4. Máy bơm yếu
Máy bơm trong máy lọc nước bị yếu là một trong những nguyên nhân quan trọng gây ra tốn nước thải ở máy lọc nước RO.
Nguyên nhân gây ra máy bơm trong máy lọc nước yếu :
– Máy lọc nước nhà bạn hoạt động theo một thời gian dài khiến cho áp suất trên màng RO cũng giảm theo. (trên website hãng Down có ghi, với áp suất 50psi (tương đương 70m độ cao) trên hộp màng RO tì tỉ số nước tinh khiết/thải mới là 1/7).
– Bộ lõi lọc nước số 1,2,3 có thể bị tắc khiến máy bơm không hút được nước, một thời gian dài máy bơm sẽ tự yếu
– Màng lọc RO lâu ngày gần bị tắc hoặc các lõi lọc nước số 5,6,7 gần bị tắc dẫn tới nước không thể lưu thông được.
Cách kiểm tra bơm máy lọc nước có yếu hay không :
– Cách 1: Kiểm tra xem nước thải có ra bình thường không. Sau đó dùng ngón tay bịt thử vào đường nước thải khoảng 15 – 20’. Nếu cảm thấy không có áp lực hoặc có áp lực nhưng vẫn bịt được thì có nghĩa là máy bơm đã quá yếu.
– Cách 2 : Tháo đường nước ra từ máy bơm, dùng tay bị khoảng 15-20 giây. Nếu bịt được thì bơm yếu, cảm thấy khó bịt được thì bơm bình thường
– Cách 3 : Khóa bình áp lại, lấy nước xem nước có mạnh không. Nhưng cần loại trừ các trường hợp lõi lọc nước số 4,5,6,7 bị tắc. Nếu nước yếu thì máy bơm của bạn bị yếu
Cách khắc phục
Hướng dẫn: Không có cách nào khác ngoài việc Thay máy bơm máy lọc nước mới.
Trong thực tế sử dụng, các loại máy bơm hút + đẩy khi sử dụng sẽ tốt hơn các loại máy bơm chỉ có đẩy. Đơn giản là kể cả khi lõi lọc bẩn thì máy bơm hút + đẩy vẫn rút được nước qua lõi để duy trì áp suất trên hộp màng còn máy bơm đẩy thì không !
5. Đường nước cấp bị hẹp
Nếu nguồn nước nhà bạn quá bẩn thì theo thời gian bùn lắng trong ống và làm hạn chế dòng chảy. Có những gia đình khi chúng tôi tháo ra gần như không còn khả năng chảy nước.
Cách khắc phục
- Khóa van cấp nước vào máy.
- Tháo dây nối vào máy tại vị trí cốc lọc số 1.
- Đập dây cấp cho long hết bùn.
- Mở vân cấp cho trôi hết bùn rồi lắp lại
=> Tuy nhiên theo chúng tôi thì ống nước quá bẩn bạn cũng nên thay dây mới, chi phí thay dây khá rẻ. Vì đường ống nhà bạn có thể đã quá bẩn và nhiễm khuẩn
Một cách khắc phục khác tốt hơn là bạn nên dùng bộ lọc thô trước khi cấp nước vào máy lọc nước, hoặc dùng 1 lõi lọc nước thô ngay tại van khóa nước. Nếu nước quá bẩn để tắc cả ống nước thì sẽ khó mà máy lọc nước nào có thể hoạt động ổn định được
6. Van từ tính.
Hiện nay có khá nhiều máy lọc nước sử dụng van từ tính gây mất nước thải thụ động.
Nguyên nhân
– Do nguyên nhân van từ tính không chặn nước thải hoặc chặn không kín. Về bản chất thì van từ cũng khá giống như ở van cơ, có thể mặt gioăng bị bẩn chặn không kín khiến nước vẫn chảy ra khi máy dừng lọc. (Hướng dẫn: Có thể tháo van từ tính và vệ sinh mặt gioăng rồi lắp lại từ đầu)
Cũng có trường hợp van từ tính hỏng ở trạng thái là luôn mở (có nghĩa là nước luôn chảy qua)
Cách khắc phục: Bạn nên thay mới vì không có cách nào khác.
